THE BEST CUPCAKES AND CHEESECAKE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. This is seriously Verona’s finest bakery, I don’t know how it’s not more popular!! The owner bakes everything in small batches the same day and uses fresh ingredients. The cupcakes are fluffy and not overly sweet and the icing is absolute perfection (and im not really an icing person). The cheesecake was the perfect creamy consistency with a touch of sweetness. The cake pops were so delicious and the chocolate chip cookie was one of my favorites ever (and that’s coming from a cookie baker). The owners are so friendly and welcoming and the shop itself is so adorable and unique. Will definitely be coming back and encourage anyone with a sweet tooth (or not) to come visit!!
Love the new bakery in the center of Verona across from Verona Park. Easy rear of building parking. Cupcakes were delicious. Highly recommend!
I picked up half a dozen cupcakes after work this evening, and they were incredible. The cake was perfectly moist, and the frosting wasn't overly sweet. The place is very cute with a claw machine. Super friendly service as well!
Cute place and the cupcake is amazing. I ordered from too good to go but honestly I’ll come back to this place for regular priced cupcakes. All flavors are amazing. I hated red velvet cakes but I’ll eat their red velvet cup cake all day.
I got a surprise bag from TooGoodToGo which contained six extremely delicious cupcakes. I didn’t get one but they also have drinks that look great. Would highly recommend this bakery in general, especially getting a good deal on yummy stuff thru TooGoodToGo.
One of the best cupcakes I’ve tried, the flavor is simply amazing! The atmosphere is super cute inside too and the service is extremely kind. Definitely check this place out for sweets, they have cake pops and so much more too :) Will be coming back
We recently tried some of Bongbo bakery’s delicious cupcakes. The flavors were incredible, you can tell from the taste they use very high-quality, natural ingredients that are not overly sweet. The texture was perfectly light, fluffy and super flavorful. The design of the cupcakes is so pretty and I would definitely return to the bakery to try more of their items, like their cake pops or cakes. My daughter tried the bubble tea and it was also delicious. We love the aesthetic of the bakery and the people working there were very friendly and kind. If you are ever in the Verona, Montclair or West Orange area I would definitely recommend stopping by the bakery as their treats are excellent, high quality and beautifully presented!
Phenomenal Bakery. I tried 6 of their cupcakes and their taro crystal boba. 9/10 would recommend. Quality ingredients, great service. The owners are very nice and friendly, and the prices here are incredible. Money well spent for sure. Please come try this place out ASAP
I ordered my child’s birthday cake here for his 2nd birthday, and I’m so glad I did! Even though I placed the order just 2–3 days before his birthday, the owner was very accommodating and accepted it, which I really appreciated. We first visited on a weekend because my niece always comes here, and we wanted to try it out. The cupcakes are really good, and you can really taste that the ingredients are fresh. My son especially loved the banana cake with strawberry filling. The drinks are great too — the pearls have a nice chewy crunch. Plus, the prices are very affordable. The owner is incredibly kind and sweet, which made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back and ordering from here again!
Went to pick up some pastries and they were delicious. Fluffy and not too sweet which is my kind of cupcake. Couldn’t even wait to try them before going home. Tried their bubble tea (matcha latte) and it was very good, better than most cafes I have tried. The customer service was very sweet and friendly. I’m definitely bringing my friends with me next time I go.
